Marking the 6th release for the Mental Health Charity label is a 4-tracker that passes all proceeds on to Young Minds. On the A-side is Nottingham sprung 'Nail' - with 2 hazy summer-ready House cuts. 'Day After' opens the record with a warm and inviting bassline amidst subtle undertones of a late 90's deep house record from the east coast. Whilst 'Pad On', although on a similar tip - makes generous use of rolling yet smoothly-crashing percussion, flowing effortlessly over beautifully crafted pads that pay testament to the track's name. On the outside of the flip is a track that came about following an impromptu studio meeting one evening by Trixie, Connor Male and Thoma Bulwer - a cut filled full of emotion and chord-laden euphoria. To complete the record, a solo effort by Trixie - working fast paced drums and a menacing bassline that would carry any peak-time dancefloor well into the night.

Thoma Bulwer and N-Gynn’s Red Bul & Gyn label continues to solidify its reputation as a hub for innovative club edits with its second release, RTGBN002. Torture the Artist is a webzine, or a magazine made for the internet, geared towards those with a passion for contemporary electronic music, with subgenres including Techno, Tech House, Deep House and Eletronica, as well as a small amount of Indie and Alternative. Founded in 2014 by Holger Breuer, a German native and lover of the arts, Torture the Artist now consists of five team members from all around the world.

In addition to publishing interviews, music reviews, DJ charts and track premieres, the webzine hosts out a  podcast series called 'art:casts'. This medium gives DJs and producers the artistic freedom to highlight their different musical styles while not being restricted by factors such as setting, and connecting them to a wider audience. 

Being in its ninth year, Torture the Artist has gained a strong and active online support group, including music enthusiasts to label managers and artists themselves, creating a cohesive community with music as their bond.
