All week we've had great sunny days followed by evening thunder storms. It's unusual for this part of the world.
I've tried and failed to record them for the last few days, but tonight I got a little luckier.
WARNING: There's a very loud thunder clap, directly overhead, at about 2:30 into this track...
Recorded on a damp Zoom H3VR. Try listening with headphones...

Th Th Thunder

While traveling with my bicycle, I occasionally encounter heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms. During such instances, I seek refuge under a tree or at a bus stop, just like I did at that particular moment. Standing on the bench, I patiently waited for the rain to subside, all the while listening to the soothing sound of raindrops hitting the tin roof of the small bus stop.
