o.utlier is an Irish electronic musician based in the UK who  creats soundscapes that combine electronic and acoustic sounds throughout his productions and performances to induce a deep state of alertness in listeners. Utilizing a diverse palette of sounds, ranging from sharp percussion and shimmering synths to harsh drones and field recordings, o.utlier's enigmatic soundscapes create a conscious journey that stimulates the brain, always with a dense atmosphere and calm delivery in any context.
o.utlier's recordings have been released on labels such as Appian Sounds [UK], Soul People Music [US], Naif [Germany], Verdant [UK], On Board Music [DE], SZE [UK], Northern Electronics [SE], and he co-runs Titrate Records [UK] to focus on experimental works. In September 2023, his debut album called 'Alaya' has released.

In this World Shared Practice Forum Podcast, Dr. Martin Kneyber discusses the implementation of the PALICC-2 guidelines in bedside monitoring and management of pediatric acute respiratory distress syndrome (PARDS). He shares insights on how the concepts of positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP), driving pressure, patient self-inflicted lung injury (P-SILI), and the use of non-invasive ventilation are translated to the bedside management of PARDS.

Evoking thoughts of tribal gatherings and mystical experiences of the past and future, Berlin based artist, Refracted taps into his ritualistic side through his latest release titled, ‘In Veil’. Forth-coming on the London imprint Titrate, the release spans six tracks that seem to stretch time and space, enveloping the listener in field recording and drone driven journeys.

Initiation brings forth an atmosphere of introspection as subdued bongos start and a steady drone fills the air. The energy turned inwards, the thoughts of a listener calm, meditative tones and melodies play throughout. Giving space and warmth as field recorded textures swirl amidst the musical backdrop.

Initiation and the remainder of Refracted’s ‘In Veil’ release will be out on the 25th of January.
