Who is Princiotta?

Born and raised in Belgium, Princiotta has been DJing for over two decades. After spending some time behind the scenes, Thierry Princiotta is back with a bang, bringing his unique sound to the stage once again!

Music has always been in Princiotta's blood. Starting at just 13 years old as a local radio (vinyl) DJ, he knew instantly that music was his true calling. By 15, he was already playing at parties, and a few years later, he landed a residency at the legendary KATSU Club (1996-2001), at that time an innovative hub for Belgian house music. This is where Princiotta began developing his signature sound - a dynamic blend of House, Deep House, and Progressive, which later evolved into his current style: Melodic House and Melodic Techno, always with his pushing and refreshing style.

When it comes to mixing, Princiotta is a master. He has an innate ability to drop 'that' record at just the right moment, taking listeners to incredible heights. He’s a true trendsetter, always one step ahead, pushing boundaries with every set. His energy is contagious, and his passion shines through in every beat.

Many people ask him what genre of music he plays, and honestly, pinpointing it can be tricky. As a DJ, Princiotta blends sounds from Melodic House, Melodic Techno, and Progressive, typically with a bpm between 124 and 126. It’s always high energy, uplifting, and just a bit wild ;) His main goal? Having a blast with the crowd!

As an artist, Princiotta stays true to his sound, drawing inspiration from within and only playing the tracks that resonate with him. He pours his heart and passion into every set, always trusting his instincts and his style. While he’s known for leaning toward darker Melodic House and Techno, when the vibe is right, he’ll switch things up and bring out some uplifting, feel-good vocal Melodic House - especially when that summer breeze is in the air. It all depends on the mood of the crowd and the energy of the venue. This flexibility keeps his ears sharp and his aura wide open :D

As a guest DJ, Princiotta has played at some of the bigger clubs and events in Belgium, including La Rocca, Versuz, Decadance, Culture Club, Noxx, Silo, Café d'Anvers, The Legendary Cruises To Pleasure Boat Parties, Thé Dansant, Ketaloco, and many more. Not only in Belgium, but abroad as well.
