Filler time! I know this is supposed to come after Zero but the editing process of the Zero theme is gonna take a while. This was actually good practice for the Pre-Infinity Zero void theme which will come after the Zero theme is out.

This is going to be a long one. As most of you can probably guess, composing this was a monumental task for me. It took me essentially a year to conceptualize and 1.5 months to actually compose. Both stages of it's creation were very difficult and I often questioned whether if I had the necessary skills to do it. Of course a big source of my nervousness were the expectations set by the previous theme that used to be IZ's theme. CDMusic has moved on from AA a long time ago but the effects of his music on the community is undeniable. Echoes of Infinity especially left with behind itself high expectations to live up to. But that is not the only reason why this theme is this important to me. Echoes of Infinity holds a special place in my heart as the song that actually got me into composing 2 more than 2 years ago. I remember sitting in front of my PC while listening to Echoes of Infinity. It triggered something in me that day. A desire to make my own music. It was so overpowering that I got up and exclaimed "I love music!". It is a memory I remember very vividly and a memory I will always cherish. That day I wanted to eventually compose something as cool as Echoes of Infinity. I've come so far since that day. Realizing the fact that I was composing a theme that will be compared to the theme that got me into composing was terrifying. I hope I was able to live up to the expectations. I don't know if he'll see this or not but I want to thank CDMusic for being the reason for me becoming a composer. As usual I put my emotions into this theme. This time I used my built up rage. This rage has been building up for a number of reasons. This theme is the way I let go of it.

We are in the endgame once again. I got emotional while making this for a bunch of reasons. Condemned is not only the sort of melancholic sendoff to the chaos storyline (for now), but it is also a representation of me saying farewell to a very important period of my life. My senior year of high school is passing rapidly. The memories I've made and the people I've met over these 5 years are all coming back to me. I will miss this part of my life, however time doesn't ever stop moving. What lies ahead is an uncertain yet promising future, for both me and my music. With that being said, Shen approaches...

And thus the chaos storyline comes to a close for the time being. There will be more battles to be fought but that comes much later. This is my longest project to date and was one of the greatest challenges I've faced as a composer. Similarly to Infinitum, there was the fear of expectations. That was my greatest source of worry throughout the process of making this as I truly wanted this to be a memorable experience. And while it is truly up to you, the viewer, to decide if it was; I am quite happy with the result. Composing Shen made me ask another question to myself however. The question of whether I'll be able keep surpassing my previous works. Shen was in direct competition with IZ in my head and I still am unsure which had more of an impact. There were times where I doubted my abilities and growth as a composer while composing Shen because of how much I thought about the answer to the aforementioned question. My greatest fear as a composer has always been the fear of my growth hitting a plateau and I will push myself to not make that a reality. The question will not hinder me from composing, as I do this because I love telling stories. Still though, it is a question that will live in my head for a while. 

Aside from all this, I truly wish to thank Loco, Dawn, and Serb for working as hard as they did to finish this project on time. Without them, it would not be as special as it is. I also want to thank them and the rest of the AA team for supporting me throughout the process, and genuinely being amazing people. I truly could not have asked for better friends. With that being said, thank you everyone for making my 19th birthday amazing.

I present to you my longest running project. I began composing this back in February 2023 and since then, it has gone through numerous iterations. It is very interesting to look back at its older versions and see how I've improved as a composer over time. This was an overall fun track to compose.

We're keeping up the momentum with the Unimush tracks. I made Imitation during my very last week of high school, so I was quite emotional. I'd say it represents my state during those few days perfectly. I'm happy with how it turned out and I'm looking forward to what comes next.
