“A guitar is capable of telling living stories without words,” says Ukrainian guitarist GuitaRomantic, who lives near Kyiv. During the Covid-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine, his musical work was often heard at international online music evenings. GuitaRomantic believes that what touches the listener’s heart is not primarily virtuoso musical techniques, but the musician’s ability to convey the depth of his feelings with the help of an instrument.His first recorded music album is called FingerStories . In it, each track has its own story, told with the help of fingers.   Each story paints a vivid picture, a life plot, in the listener’s imagination. For example, "Never Give UP" is the story of a person’s struggle, both internal and external, “The moments” is the story of the happiest moments in a person’s life, “Whisper of Autumn” is the story told by autumn leaves and colors, and “When the past is forgotten” is the story about the future, when the past, grief and suffering will be gone forever. May these stories bring you the most pleasant emotions, so necessary in these dark times, and help you appreciate music even more, this kind and perfect gift received from above.
