El TB-303 es un sintetizador de bajos analógico lanzado por Roland en la década de 1980. El sonido característico de este instrumento es conocido por su capacidad para crear líneas de bajo con un tono ácido y distorsionado.
El TB-303 utiliza un oscilador de onda diente de sierra para generar su sonido y cuenta con un filtro resonante que se puede ajustar para crear una variedad de efectos de sonido. Además, el sintetizador tiene controles para ajustar la envolvente del filtro y la amplitud, lo que permite a los músicos crear una amplia variedad de sonidos de bajos y efectos.
En su momento, el TB-303 no tuvo un gran éxito comercial y solo se fabricaron alrededor de 10,000 unidades. Sin embargo, su sonido ha sido muy influyente en la música electrónica y ha sido utilizado en una amplia variedad de géneros como el acid house, el techno y el trance.

Tomkin's Acid Drum'n'Bass classic 'Burn Out' which was originally released in 2000 on vinyl is finally available digitally. The new tape remaster of 'Burn Out' comes in a new special gleam. Check Bandcamp, Juno, Beatport, Spotify for the full release, which iincludes a previously unreleased remix, done in 2002 by Tomkin and Austrian Drum'n'Bass legend Audio Device. A bassy, rolling remix of the classic, conveying the vibe of the golden Drum'n'Bass era.

Name: Pasquale Maassen
Born 26.02.1982 in dormagen, pasquale maassen began to produce trance-music in 1995 and came to real techno in 1999 through the track “chris liebing - new beginnings”. in 1998 he started to produce tracks digitally with the daw fruityloops and arranged them live with it, loving the crunshed and distorted style of schranz.
pasquale is one of the founders of one of the biggest hardtechno boards on the internet (united schranz board, www.unitedsb.de, founded 2000). in this time he and djs like sven wittekind, dj amok and viperxxl taught each other and pushed themselves further. most people who listened to his tracks thought they were produced “real analog”. he also was the winner of a monthly contest on mp3.de in 2000 but he never received the price. in 2001 pasquale was invited to play live at a private birthdayparty where he suddenly started to improvise and began to build new tracks live and on the fly. for a long time he was the only one who acted digitally live this way. this technique has been proofed in clubs like butan, taucher, pulp mansion, sause, depot and events like ruhr in love. his first 12’’ on the label jerkbox from andreas seibel aka frakmatik (“stupide mit ziel”) has been voted to ep of the month in the german technoscene magazine “raveline”.
from this point on he has released many tracks in many styles via 34 different labels where he has very ofen had the starterrelease. his track “ride kat” has been chosen to be played on german tv in the series “space night”.
to this day he had produced quite every style of electronical music and is owner of a label which was born in 2001 as “fanatische loop programmierer” and renamed to “renamed” in 2008.
