Trance Mix From Beans Trance Night - Abadare, Re-recorded (20/10/2023)

Jag gjorde för ett tag sedan en remake av en Early Hardcore-mix. Nu var det läge att göra detsamma med en Trance Classics-mix som jag först gjorde sensommaren 2019 under min aktiva period på Mixcloud. Även här har jag känt jag att det funnits potential till förbättring. 

Jag har behållt samma namn "Nostalgia 18" då det fortfarande är 18 låtar inkluderade. Dock är endast 4 av dem är kvar från den första mixen. Så att kalla det en remake är kanske inte helt korrekt. Tiden har gått ner från 88 till 61 minuter, så det blev nära den tidsgräns jag helst vill hålla i mina mixar.

Precis som med Early Hardcore-mixen så har det varit en sann nostalgitripp att pyssla med detta. Musiken plockar fram en massa gamla partyminnen från förfesterna hos Sabunna, Nalz, Freddan och Nermin. Vi spelade jäkligt mycket trance på den tiden. Tänk va man släpade runt på sin Denon DN-2500F och caset med CD-skivor.

Mixen innehåller låtar från bl.a Cosmic Gate, Nostrum och Milk Inc, samt remixes av bl.a Ferry Corsten, Above & Beyond och Sunbeam.
Låtarna är släppta mellan 1998 till 2004.

De enda "effekterna" som används är basreglagen av/på.

multi Genre DJ, been Djing since the 90s. First started out listening to Happy Hardcore back in the early 90s from the likes of Stu Allan on his radio show then of to the record shop to try & get the tunes that had been heard. After listening to various DJs like Dougal, Hixxy, SY, Slipmatt just to name a few this got me wanting to know & how to learn to mix, my first pair of decks were soundlab belt drives, then when I had enough money I moved onto Gemini Direct Drives & was loving Mixing. A big influence for me has to be the legend that is DJ Brisk, every mix I’ve ever heard has been flawless, fast & full of energy, always loved his style of mixing & scratching as it’s so unique to any other DJ I’ve heard, the likes of listening to DJ Qbert, Hype & DJ SY got me into learning to scratch as it just adds that extra element which is different & when mastered can bring a mix to life with that little extra oomff! then towards the end of 99 got into Hard House & Trance. Around 2005 I took a break from Djing due to work & family then when lockdown happened got back into again & got an upgrade to some Audio Technica Direct Drives & some Kam CDJs as I wanted to touch on Digital Mixing but Vinyl will always be my first love & my go to over Digital. I’ve always had self doubt & not much confidence, I’ve done one small club back at the end of 99 & in the early 00s did a set at an event in Leeds which was a disaster as there were no stylus’s on the turntables but luckily my friend was doing a set & lent me his folder of CDs to just wing a mix together lol I would love the opportunity to start doing sets out live to people, anyways I Will be adding all mixes past & present, I hope you enjoy the tunes & mixes, if u do plz give me a follow to hear more.

Rawreiniger is a DJ and producer from Bielefeld, Germany, who’s been quietly but steadily making his mark on the local scene since 2023. His sets are a high-octane blend of Trance, Hardgroove, Hardbounce, and Ghetto Trance—genres that reflect his love for hard-hitting, energetic beats. While his name might not yet echo across massive stages, in Bielefeld, Rawreiniger is carving out his own lane.

Kiraz first made her mark on the electronic music scene as a DJ in Tokyo between 2010 and 2013, where she regularly played some of the biggest clubs and festivals in and around the city. Between 2013 and 2018 this Swedish-born artist also gained attention in the U.S. becoming a resident at top performing nightclub Exchange LA. After her success as a DJ, Kiraz delved in to the art of music production and had her first release on Iono Records in April of 2017. Now, she tours the world as a resident producer and DJ for German label Solar Tech Records. Her continuous dedication to and love for the psychedelic trance sound shines through in her DJ sets, and she conveys that energy and emotion to her audience through her music.
