Prof. Dr. Christian Kastrop, CEO und Partner der Global Solutions Initiative, Staatssekretär a.D. und damals im Finanzministerium zuständig für das Projekt 'Schuldenbremse', erläutert im Gespräch mit Marei John-Ohnesorg, welche Szenarien für die Finanzierung von Infrastruktur und Vereidigung möglich sind. Die Rufe nach einer Reform der Schuldenbremse werden wieder lauter. Wer das Thema schon länger verfolgt, kann sich vermutlich dieses Gefühls nicht erwehren: Es hätte so einfach sein können. Die Mehrheit war da. Jetzt erbt die neue Regierung, wenig überraschend, die alten Probleme. Die Finanzierungslücke im Haushalt ist immens. Infrastruktur, Daseinsvorsorge, Dekarbonisierung, Energie, Bildung. Ohne eine Reform der Schuldenbremse sind Kredite möglich, aber in einem engen Rahmen. Eine Veränderung der Schuldenbremse benötigt eine Zweidrittelmehrheit. Die Debatte ist aufgeladen: Das Institut für Weltwirtschaft sieht die Sicherheit Europas durch die Schuldenbremse gefährdet. Warum sind die Widerstände für eine Veränderung, die von so vielen gefordert wird, so groß? Ist die Definition einer Notlage oder sind Sondervermögen eine Alternative? Kollektiv Schwarzer Bär are two electronic music lovers who have lived for years at the Schwarzer Bär in beautiful Linden and have been influenced by the electro scene in Hannover.

We grew up with electronic sounds and have been familiar with them for 30 years. Now, with this project, we want to bring people closer to this wonderful music and its different styles. Short mix sets will be presented here on a regular basis to give even the not so expert an overview for any mood .
