I almost lost my life.

I went to rehab twice.
Sat in circles with strangers crying about regrets.
I swore I would stop — but the bottle kept pulling me back.

Until one day… I stopped.

I stopped because I finally asked:
“Would I live for my children?”

Now I build from scratch.

I buried her—not out of cruelty, but out of mercy.
Because if she stayed, I wouldn’t.

This song is the sound of that goodbye… and the slow, haunting process of finding the pieces worth keeping.
