They are a powerhouse mother-daughter duo determined to reduce trauma stigma and to bring focus to healing transgenerational trauma through open conversations. One Planet Healing(OPH) LLC is a grassroots, empowerment-based organization led by women with lived experience motivated to increase the understanding of trauma and how it impacts individuals, families, and society while offering opportunities for resolution. We aim to educate and train those who assist in recovery, especially with lived experience, to effectively work with people impacted by trauma and their families whenever possible. The Trauma Response Syndrome Model(TRS Model) is the trauma resolution modality at the foundation of all we teach.

A New Generation Introduction

From Churches, schools, night clubs, and grocery stores, the unthinkable has happened. Gun violence has struck the innocent souls of our nation and left survivors consumed with grief, fear, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Gun violence and Mass shootings have become the annual trend, hashtag, and ritual of questionable debate of gun regulation, silence & profit for the US political system. The popularity of Gun violence can have a chronic toll on the collective community, mental and physical health, and terror.

Enough is a the third single from my new EP 'Turn the Page'. It's a sad song about suffering from and recovering from narcissistic abuse. Narcissists love bomb, and when they have taken everything from their victims they lack empathy, gaslight when confronted, are incapable of self-reflection and are usually guilty of what they accuse their victims of. The bridge of this song was produced to sound like choir vocals, mimicking a church type of environment where I suffered a lot of narcissistic abuse. The lyrics in the bridge is what narcissists have said to me (you tell me that I lie, that I never compromise, that I'm selfishly unkind and I'm just trying to ruin your life, you tell me that I'm blind, that I'm never satisfied, I'm just bitterness inside, and all I do is set on fire everything I love).

An emotionally neglected child with a generational legacy of stoicism and hiding painful truths, Erin had no real experience with love and healthy relationships. The marriage she thought would be her happily-ever-after led to 20 years of confusion, heartbreak, anger, and betrayal, all fueled by a malignant covert narcissist.

Erin’s honest, searing memoir recounts her self-discovery journey through a series of life’s traumas and tragedies, her many bad decisions, and two toxic marriages. Her story will bring insight and guidance to survivors of narcissistic abuse and those questioning their relationships, and the hope that they, like Erin, can find a joyous rock & roll redemption.
