Great tit and tree sparrow are resident species in Sweden and you hear their calls and songs so often that you almost "filter them out". Today I focused my parabolic dish on them. Life would be so much poorer without them. Uppsala, Sweden. March 7, 2023.

Everyday birds

This recording was made inside a barnhouse but so that you can hear very well what is happening outside. Tree Sparrows were nesting in a nestbox on the other side of wall, White Wagtails under the roof. Their nests were very close to each other. White Wagtail's nestlings are much younger, their voice sounds higher pitched.
