You two have changed me in every way possible, but now I must follow your pieces of advice and see it through before I end up committing suicide as I envisioned a couple of years ago before Juice died and after Jah died. X, you brought me out of the darkness when I could find no light, changed my perspective when I could see the world in no other way but negatively and like everyone was against me, and for Juice... He's awe-inspiring in general, turned auto-tuning to garbage by merely having the vocal talent to not rely on it like some rappers today, and kept the topics diverse, instead of just money, clothes, and sex. He talked of multiple topics and I loved that about him, it's what artists are lacking nowadays, exceptions being Eminem from the people I know. It's usually the same adlibs, lack of meaning in lyrics, corporations taking over the artists 100% of the time, and just effortless song garbage.

He literally flipped that on its head and showed the world and it's youth what's possible, even if the music industry is rigged and those who go independent would die most times, such as Juice with his drugs or X with the robbery going wrong as the devil pulled the trigger to end a nuisance.

At least, that's what I believed, anyway.

She is a devoutly religious woman with children and grandchildren and a desire to spread joy and happiness wherever she goes and with whatever she does). My goal as a vocalist is to share as much joy and happiness as possible with everyone who is kind enough to listen.   Sometimes songs make you feel happy.  Sometimes they can make you feel "sad".  Perhaps the "best" songs can convince you to listen, and then help you to feel, but above all, they should always help you you SEE.

I would like the songs that I have sung and recorded to be my "legacy" - if, indeed, I manage to leave a legacy behind. Some of these songs MAY make you cry. Some should make you laugh.  But I hope that all of them bring at least some (even if only temporary) enjoyment into your life.

Long ago, people would tell me that I should get into the music industry and start recording songs.  But circumstances in my life prevented that from happening back then.  The old saying is "better late than never" - maybe that is true - we will see.  

My intention is to always pay sincere respect to the composers and  original artists of the songs that I sing.  I hope I have accomplished this, and I want to thank all of those before me who have made it possible.
