Retreat Yourself Nourishing Naturally Healthy Living

Mars 144.72 Hz and Venus 221.23 frequencies along with the notes of Chakras using tuning forks and crystal singing bowls. 

Mars represents thinking and Venus represents feeling so this meditation is good for balancing the left/right brain, the male/feminine, yin/yang, etc. Moving into the chakras, activating, grounding and centering.

Mars: 144.72 Hz - Enhances courage, strength.
The occipital lobe is the visual processing area of the brain. It is associated with visuospatial processing, distance and depth perception, color determination, object and face recognition, and memory formation. Mars is the planet representing the man and stands for willpower and purposeful energy. It vibrates on 144.72 Hz and is assigned to the zodiac sign Aries. In ancient times Mars was also the god of war.

If you want to promote your masculine qualities in life, work with this planetary frequency. You can raise your self-confidence and inner strength. Repeat the session several times to increase the effect.

The Venus planetary 221.23 Hz tuning fork resonates in the frequency of love. This is a feminine Yin energy that brings calm, and tranquility and develops your intuition. Venus is one of the four terrestrial planets in the Solar System. It is sometimes referred to as Earth's “sister planet” because of the relative similarities in their diameters, masses, proximities to the Sun, and compositions. In other respects, it is radically different from the Earth: its magnetic field is much weaker and it has a much denser atmosphere. The Venus frequency of 221.23 Hz is a tone from the Cosmic Octave and the vibration of Venus facilitates the bloom of the sexual energy in women and helps to heal the Sacral Chakra. In the 32nd octave, the venus tone oscillates with 221.23 Hz, which is an A.

Planetary Meditation - Mars + Venus Frequencies to balance thinking/feeling

Meditation for healing, grounding and relaxation. Original analog sounds recorded using tuning forks and sound bowls. Listen with earphones or good speakers.

128 Hz is a healing frequency created using tuning forks and promotes the release of nitric oxide which is particularly good for relieving pain due to inflammation such as arthritis or sports injuries. It is note C and vibrates with the root chakra. 

I'm using tuning forks in the frequencies of 70.47 Hz and 78.30 Hz to create a binaural beat of 7.83 Hz, called the Schumann resonance which is the magnetic frequency of the earth. This will activate alpha brainwaves and put you into a state of relaxation. 

The crystal bowl is a C note for the root chakra used for grounding.

The Root chakra, also called the First or Base Chakra, can be found at the base of the spine. This chakra is related to our emotional and mental stability. When this chakra is aligned, we feel more grounded and have more trust in the world. It is also associated with prosperity and health. When this chakra is out of balance, you may feel afraid, anxious or fatigued. Physical ailments that may arise when you root chakra is out of balance include bowel and intestinal issues, depression and back issues. This chakra can become blocked or unbalanced if something threatens your basic survival needs. Use this sound to shift the frequency into a balanced state.

Lay back, close your eyes, and allow yourself to heal, ground and relax with this meditation.

Earth Meditation w 128 Hz / Alpha Binaural Beats / C Note Bowl (Listen w earphones or good speakers)

The 136 Hz frequency works to calm your nervous system in order to alleviate pain, relax muscles, and reduce stress and tension. This earth frequency works to support focus, concentration, and clarity by encouraging a meditative state.

The Ohm/OM tuning appears to originate in the eastern world, where musical instruments (e.g., sitar) were once tuned to the fundamental of OM, where middle OM is 136.1 hz. The therapeutic value of working with 136.1 hz (and octaves of this tone) is due to its association with the earth’s elliptical path around the sun over the course of four seasons. The Ohm tone is effective in part because it is thoroughly ensconced in the cycles, rhythms and pulses of life itself. Use Ohm Tuning Forks to entrain with the natural world, and tune in to the healing power of Nature.

G The Throat Chakra is located at the base of the throat. This chakra is often associated with our ability to communicate, express ourselves and speak our truth. When the throat chakra is in perfect balance, your communication with others will be effective and efficient. However, when the throat chakra experiences misalignment, you may struggle with keeping secrets or not be able to express yourself clearly. Physical symptoms of a blocked throat chakra include pain in the neck, sore throats, stuttering or mouth ulcers. Instances of poor communication, such as a bad interview or argument, can shift the throat chakra. The corresponding element to the throat chakra is ether and its corresponding gemstone is azurite. It is associated with the color azure blue and the musical Note G.
