For a meditation/healing experience:

1. Lie down in a comfortable position and relax.
2. Close your eyes.
3. Take a slow deep breath in through the nose.
4. Breathe out slowly through the nose or mouth. Whatever feels right for you, so long as you breathe in through the nose.
5. Do this 3 times.
6. After that just breath naturally and keep focussing on the breath.
7. Relax and let the sounds and vibrations do the work.
8. Be receptive.
9. Whenever you feel your mind wondering, COME BACK TO BREATH, and focus on that. Release any thoughts/feelings on the out breath.
10. Become an observer.
