Rinnovo l'incontro con due amici, due MAESTRI, due firme che continuano a segnare la storia di questa nostra bella tradizione d'autore. Dal mio Abruzzo rinasce a nuova luce il suono di Mimmo Locasciulli, che torna con un disco dal titolo "Dove lo sguardo si perde" dentro cui custodisce i successi di una vita rivisti e arrangiati con nuove soluzioni orchestrali per la direzione artistica del figlio, Matteo Locasciulli. Ma la vera chicca è l'inedito: "L'amore dov'è" che troveremo suonata anche dal Quartetto Pessoa che imbraccia strumenti ricavati dal legno delle barche dei migranti. Troveremo una voce esperta che questa volta non ci sta a fare i compitini per i cliché discografici ma che invece sfoggia una potenza umana di fragilità emotiva che segna la vera differenza tra il semplice performer e l'artista. Il più bel disco di Mimmo...

Direi che un titolo come questo sia capace di raccogliere... "Tutto" appunto. Ritrovo un amico di lungo corso, l'ennesima occasione di farci due chiacchiere che difficilmente si vogliono arginare. Eugenio Finardi torna a Trans Europe Express e sulle pagine di Raropiù perché senza filtri e con rinnovata energia "infantile" ci regala un altro disco di inediti.
