The comments delivered by Virginia Senator Tim Kaine are so incompatible with this country's foundational principles that he has left himself no choice but to resign.   His comments at the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee during Riley Barnes's confirmation hearing regarding the origins of our human (natural) rights are downright dangerous and a threat to America's very foundation.  Virginians, indeed all Americans, must demand his immediate resignation.
