A trigger is something that causes or sets in motion an emotional reaction in our lives, reactions that can lead to stuck feelings, unhelpful thoughts or acting out behviours.  

Every triggered part, however unpleasant,  presents us an opportunity for growth.

Gaining awareness  and learning to better deal with our triggered parts is key to better navigating our lives. Are you aware of those things that trigger you?
