To say i was looking forward to making this mix and warming up for Billy "Daniel" Bunter at the Mid Life Krisis 5th Birthday Avin it Large at The Barge weekend, is an understatement! Thank you to everyone that came, saw, bonkered, danced, sweated, laughed and whooped their way thrugh my set and the entire weekend. It was just beautiful and the rig was literally shaking the foundations. Massive thank to the Mid Life Krisis crew for having me back to play. It's always a pleasure and a lot of fun for sure. This picture was taken from within the MiLK Float just as the sun began to set - Noice!
Feel free to crank this one up, but beware of wompy baselines - they'll get you hooked on the harder stuff before you know it!

a bit about me:

I've been part of the UK underground music scene since the early 90s, playing on a number of pirate radio stations, now firmly resident on www.eruptionradio.com.

I've played out to UK and international club crowds and at a number of festivals. 

'I fell in love with the music and the vibe after getting hold of a Helter Skelter tape of DJ Easygroove in '93. My first proper jungle do was a Moving Shadow night back then called Voodoo Magic at Equinox, Leicester Square. It started at 4am and finished at noon...what a wicked night that was'....

There was no turning back after that! I bought my beloved 1210s soon after. To this day I remain faithful to the Technics but have had to branch out into the world of digital for reasons of space and cash, and my poor ageing shoulders and waning bank balance.

Early musical influences come from the 80s, electro, techno, reggae, hip hop and trip hop/downtempo but nothing beats rave music for me as you'll hear on my shows which include acid house, old skool hardcore, jungle and drum and bass.

Proud resident of Adrenaline Stompers since 2012 – one of the South West’s top hardcore events. I bring energy, passion, and a love for both classic anthems and upfront happy hardcore

My hardcore journey began back in 1992/93, when I first discovered the scene and attended my first major rave, Tribal Gathering ’93. From that moment on, I was hooked. I spent the next few years raving hard, soaking up the energy of events across the UK, and building my love for hardcore music.

In 1997, I bought my first pair of Technics and started mixing. It wasn’t long before Happy Hardcore took over my soul—it’s been my passion ever since. I landed my first official DJ booking in 2001 at a local event called Morpheus in my hometown, and that was just the beginning.

From 2005 to 2009, I ran a monthly event in Yeovil called Hardcore Distortion, pushing the harder, uplifting side of the scene and showcasing both upcoming and established talent.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of playing at some of the UK’s top hardcore events, including:
HTID Club Experience, Fusion vs HTID Digital Circus, Hardcore Heaven, Hardcore Evolution, Atomic, Q-Bic, Stay Hardcore, Electrik, Re-Activation, Full Throttle, Adrenaline Stompers, Oxygen, Fusion, The Fruit Club, Totally Ardcore, Wonkey Eye, True Hardcore, Firewall, Bang, Ravers Are, Atmosphere, and many more.

As a big music collector along the electronic genres Philo decided 10 years ago to play the music he was organizing and listening to. So his days as a DJ and Producer started in the decade of 2010. Over thousand of partys being a DJ & guest with different music genres, he realized, electronic dance music is a bright world of awesome different genre's and it's subgenres.

Philo’s style of 'electronic' music can be best described as a fusion of minimal, grooves, tech, breakbeat, with an emphasis on dancefloor culture.

Darren Crxss been a major player in the club scene since the late 90's in that time has mastered many genres and styles of  music. He is possibly one the north's leaders in providing passion filled and inspiring Dj sets on some of the hottest dance floors, His energy filled sets are layered with a cool blend of pianos, organs , groovy baselines and uplifting vocals. Influenced by DJ/Producers: Eats Everything, Danny Bond, Paul Sirrell, Mark Knight, Leftwing & Kody, Franky Rizardo and Patrick Topping to name but a few. He started his DJ career playing in the bars and clubs of Majorca and has rapidly progressed to some of the best club nights and venues in the uk not to mention a residency in Ayia Napa's 3000 capacity 'Castle Club' in Ayala Napa, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Sander Kleinenberg, John Kelly, Nick Raffery, Lisa Pin Up, Sandy Rivera, Rob Tissera, Lee Haslem, Jim Shaft Ryan, Filthy Rich, Judge Jules, Scott Bond, Doorly,  Matt Hardwick, world class live acts "Pav Percussion" & "The Lovely Laura on Sax". Currently holds a Saturday night residency at the infamous Bar Fibre (Leeds) which holds the best bar in Leeds trophy.

Although i have mixes on Mixcloud, i've decided to move as much as i can to Soundcloud. Not all are here, but there's enough to keep you rocking AND rolling for - well - ever, really!
All the mixes from Hand Magnet to Cute Electro were vinyl mixes either recorded onto minidisc (for the earlier ones) or into Ableton from Cute Electro. 
I'm a UK based experienced DJ who plays seriously good house music and all things 4/4 that's guaranteed to make you wiggle AND smile!

I'm a "back once again aboard the renegade master",
I'm a hardcore bass line,
