Fr. Bob Weighner's homily references Sunday's readings, including Isaiah 43:18-19, 21-22, 24b-25 and Psalm 41. He talks about our response to God's call. Do we respond with "maturity"? Do we respond with "humility"? Are we ones who need to have the last word with God? He speaks about coherence -- taking responsibility for the vocation to which God called us, i.e., husband, father, wife, mother, etc.  Are we taking responsibility in these roles to the best of our ability? He concludes by asking the congregation to respond to the Catholic Stewardship Appeal and the Flowers of the Field Campaign generously, with maturity and humility.
