This track started with an ambient sequence from UVI. I then added 5-string bass and a Telecaster run through Guitar Rig played with an E-Bow (an electronic string actuator that can simulate bowing your guitar). A couple of light rhythm tracks and the song was done.

Walking The Colonnade

This track was started in 2020 during Covid.  The title refers to the fact that I was down to my last few weeks before I wouldn't have any money or be able technically to stay living in Singapore as i hadn't worked for more than 6 months.  And then I got a contract, about a week before my time was up.  and then another one, another one, and thankfully now in 2025 I've been working since.  but it took a while to come back to a track called last legs.
i'd left it in 2020 as an instrumental, and put it on the album Press Pause as it was pretty much finished.  Now in 2025 it's taken a different shape with epic building vocals and a driving, if frenetic drum beat.  for some reason it reminds me of Arcade Fire, even though it doesn't really sound anything like them. some in the end finale that echoes the original take of No Cars Go.

this one's quite dub  / dubstep in style.  just with quite poppy singing!!
guitar and bass guitar was recorded live back in 2007.

Nice Dreams Everyone (One Synth Challenge: UVI PX WaveFrame)

This is a 2025 remake of the track 'Roger Williams' from Sonamnulism in 2006.  The original name came from spending 2 weeks in New York and living in that hotel in Midtown.  I'd been to NYC once before only for a couple of days, so this was awesome.  8-9 years later, I very nearly moved there to live.  Everything was organised, and then I pulled out at the last minute after my salary was being cut to lower than in Singapore - with a massive hike in taxes.
anyhow, back to this track - it was written when i got to London.  A long ambient dub fest, where I even reecording my own singing on it.  which is very rare for that time.  
everything's pretty much kept here.  added some female vocals (giving the new track name).  some synths remapped from Atmosphere that I used back in 2006 to Omnisphere.  a touch of extra percussion and drum fills, a proper mix and master.  and here we go!

Under My Magic Spell

This project is one of the scrapped projects that I've made when I was using FL studio 7 in 2006. I renamed it ( 157 ) .. 
it was inspired by many Dramas on A TV shows when My mother was alive and watched em.
the project was made by just writing notes and - because the PC that I used was not ready for advanced instruments - So I used native instruments, and it sounded horrible. So, I keep it and never ever re-open. She heard that our home will be wiping for developing that area and so, she prepares about getting another home. during this time I spend working for bounties until we able to get one. they go well and they go challenging. until we got a use small apartment. 
I felt OK and agreed about everything coming to me. the matter was, as long as it was safe, go ahead.
So, I felt safe an I'm able to spend something for my hobby (composing). so, I bought FL studio. and use to make drafts. 
But last 18 months, thing going not well, and even getting worse. I lost her and as she was my legal freedom of my life. I cant find a proper job because of requirement. My moral starts to tear days after days. And 4 month age my old home was wiped and I lost everything that I left - including my memories -.
the matter was that for all of this time, I didn't make any single penny out of my writing notes and I still don't want to. but my bounty managing was very hard.
But, I bought a vui instrument bundle- and this is my first time thinking about buying plugins-. I don't know why bought it. even most of the presents sound no different than FL native instruments. But, I kept try use em as draft for new project or open my previous projects. I re-open the project (157) and replace every instrument with VUI. Now I feel it sounded professional, and I master the project with some improvement.

The result is what you hearing.

A remake of the final track from 'A Quiet Place' from back in 2004.  Another one where I made a mistake on the key signatiure, yet put in vocals that sounded pretty good, especially with waves harmonizer.  which, when it does sound good, sounds very good.  but can be god awful too if things aren't clicking.

originally called upside down because I felt like it started with an end, then went into a main bit.  but most of that start has been trimmed out for this remake.  it was 2 mins of ambient guitar playing.  no doubt I thought I was channel Pink Floyd on the insteller highway to the orb.  but it just sounded like i'd taken a few too many.....!

what starts as a charming song about having no regrets for anything you've done for love.
it decensds into anger about a relationship - boiling over from beruit to bagdhad.  
though Banjul is actually in Africa.

Maybe my brain has internal private computer that connect to the ideasnet with another people ! 
Now, I try composing using any free composer software ,LMMS, Audacity, Amazing MIDI, for my Audio artwork. You listen to the basic track because I built it from humming and teeth hit. 
I'm not actually want to be musician , But I love composing, regenerate various type of  tracks, study and analyze it. all these before to let many types of speakers are vibrating, play with my ears to kill what myself want and product alternative track from product. 
I know the human never create things, he observe and derive ideas from sources.The best resources is constant behavioral from natural. So, all my tracks is from the various reference from my garbage mind (all sound resources wherever are they mixed and cooked inside my mind) and from popular people. I don't have exact genre of music that I like. I usually like my made tracks and natural sound.
