My new song 'Sick!' was a really fun and energetic song to record, with a deep message about dealing with judgment and shame, while also trying to juggle internal struggles with mental health, stress and purpose. And sometimes we wrap ourselves so much in what others think about us, we forget to give ourselves time to grow authentically and mindfully. And sometimes no matter how much effort we put into "people pleasing", they will always see you the same in their eyes no matter how many changes you've made for yourself. I've learned to let go of worrying about what others think of me and have learned that validation sometimes will never be given by people who do not have your best interest at heart. I personally am done with jealousy, lies, judgment, abuse, shame and negative energy in general. I am now giving myself true purpose and finding who I am. Growing honestly and staying true to who I am. I know who I am, and those who TRUELY want to get to know me, or have grown to know me, will and do see who I am too. Stay true to who you really are and don't let those negative words from people bring you down or put self doubt in your mind. Know your self worth. Know who you truly are and meant to be.
