What worries me the most are Sun and Ketu's Marana Karaka Sthana positions. And as these planets also occupy their special signs, I'm confused about their nature and results.

1) Exalted Ketu in the 2nd House (MKS)
2) Debilitated Sun in the 12th House (MKS)

There are several reasons for my fear. One of them is that because Sun is my AK and Ketu lagnesha, they are directly connected to me and my body. And I've been pretty sick in my childhood and have seen an improvement in my health only recently, in my 20s.
Also that the house Ketu occupies is important for me, I'm quite close to my family. I love them a lot and don't want bad things to happen in that house.
