⇸ Our second year at Sisyphos was absolutely phenomenal. We took to The Tunnel floor then the Hammahalle main room for a total of 14 hours in August 2023. Axon, then Tom Baker & Jedidiah captained the Tunnel, then Vorpal and I led the Hammahalle for the closing session of the weekend. It's an incredible honour to play at this club, and especially to be granted a showcase for Stone Seed and SixthSense Australia.

I love curating my set specifically for the time and place, so this slot was perfect for me to delve into a generally heavier, filthier, and quicker side of my DJ explorations... of course, with a dose of soul.

Jockster is a Swansea based Techno DJ. He started DJing in 99/00-from there secured several residences including Fresh (3 years), Glitch (1 year)-played across South Wales and West Wales and alongside various DJs including Daniel Soto (Godskitchen), Dean Facer, Steve Lee (The Gallery), Marc Vedo (Koolwaters, Naughty But Nice), Ilogik, Nick Rafferty (Sundissential), Cally & Juice & John Kelly (Manumission, Quadrant, Clockwork Orange).

After being inspired to DJ by watching tiesto for the first time Chris fell in love with trance and the energy felt from the crowd Chris became obsessed with dance music. 
After teaching himself how to mix tracks at home and now to main stages nationwide Chris has over 10+ years already behind his belt in causing havoc around the country. 

Making his debut in Cork on support duties for non other than Anne Savage he has come a long way since then also supoorting the likes of Bryan Kearney, Full Tilt, Paul Webster, Menno De Jong, Shugz, Paul Denton and Giuseppe Ottaviani. Its no wonder that promo teams like irish trance family, Transcend and inferno come knocking at his door when there is a gig in need of a heavy hitter. Chris has appeared on spin southwest and Richard Lowes incredible Greencode show all for some very memorable guestmixes to say the least. 

Chris is trance at heart but also enjoys banging out some heavy techno when needed to he is so versatile in whatever style is required of him because he is a music lover. His sets speak for themselves, whenever the headphones touch his hands he turns fully focused on destroying dance floors with soild energy, great vibes, pleasing crowds and does it all with a smile on his face.

A true ambassador to the scene running his own local gigs in his homeland of Limerick City, many would have thought the scene was dead in the area but Chris made it his ambition to keep things running and did it with passion and love for the music and for the people who enjoy it as he does. 

Now starting to produce his own tracks Chris is not going anywhere anytime soon, expect to see Chris on lots of upcoming gigs as his style and attitude is something that has be witnessed first hand.

Born and raised in The Netherlands, Kevin always had a strong connection with music. Back in 2016 he fell in love with the underground dance music scene and Trance music in particular. In october of 2018 he created Trancesation. A monthly trance mix series with only one goal, to give the listener the feeling they are on the dancefloor. every Trancesation episode is mixed live so you get that true festival vibe. being different is a key thing for Trancesation so you will not only hear Trance, but expect some deep techy sounds to!

The Munich DJ and producer "Thomas Labermair" (former "Somnia") started his DJ career in 2009 in the former after-hour club "Mojitobar" and was quickly in demand in Munich`s techno scene.

From 2015 - 2019 "Thomas Labermair" (at that time still active under his stage name "Somnia)"worked as a resident DJ at the "Bullitt Club" and he played before or after well-known artists like Deborah De Luca, Alex Stein, Victor Ruiz, Torsten Kanzler, Tom Novy and many more.

Also Thomas plays on Festivals and Clubs like "Gute Laune", "Rote Sonne", "Isar Rauschen", "Isle of Summer", "Haus33 Nuremberg" and much more.

Since 2016 "Thomas Labermair" produce and perform his own sound, and he has already enriched the local scene with several releases.

He released on Labels like "City Of Drums" and since 2021&2022 on Spartaques Label "IAMT" and on The Yellowhead´s Label "Reload Records", has already enriched the local scene with several releases.

After quickly becoming known for a truly world class DJ bill, first rate productions and a unique atmosphere, OTR has given the local club scene a much needed beat injection.

OTR's home is Sheffield’s renowned and award winning nightclub 'The Plug'. Here you can expect to be kept dancing until the early hours with our signature laser cut dancefloor bathed in Plug's ultra-crisp sound system and a raised intimate DJ booth that keeps you truly involved in the action, not to mention state of the art visuals, lighting and productions; OTR has well and truly become a staple to any clubbing schedule.

OTR has always prided itself on providing you with one of the most upfront music policies and DJ line-ups you could expect to hear. Having taken a short break in 2009, OTR returned in an emphatic fashion and have continued to welcome a host of the world’s most prolific artists to its decks including Aly & Fila, Menno De Jong, John O’Callaghan, Matt Hardwick, Orjan Nilsen, Rank1, Simon Patterson and Sean Tyas to name but a few.

Always thinking outside the box, OTR have brought some of the most unique trance and progressive events to have braced the country to Sheffield over the last couple of years. With exclusive live performances coming from Solarstone, Roger Shah via a 3 hour extended set and The Thrillseekers showcasing his musical genius through his Live XTreme production, OTR pride themselves on bringing the freshest nights to the scene. Off the Rails were also the brand which produdly brought you local trance legend, Matt Hardwick’s final farewell event upon him announcing his retirement from DJing in 2011. For all those who attended the event, it’s safe to say it was a night to remember and certainly a fitting end for the man who has done so much for trance in the steel city.

The annual Journey Through Trance event is yet another shining example of OTR reaching out to its wanting ravers, providing a classics event with a twist through the talents of the country’s finest up and coming DJs. This sell-out crowd year upon year provide the perfect atmosphere to the soundtrack that has shaped so many people’s lives, making it a definite date in any clubbers diary.

Such is the reputation that OTR has now enveloped throughout club land over the last few years, the Sheffield based brand have been invited to collaborate with a host of the most renowned names around. From Insomniacz at the mighty Magna to Digital Society at the O2 in Leeds, as well as hosting the main room at what is one of the country’s premier venues, Air in Birmingham, for the sell-out Godskitchen event, SixFiveTwelve which saw trance megastars Armin van Buuren and Paul van Dyk take to the main stage.

Outside of running events, OTR also host their monthly radio show, Beat Therapy, which airs on the 4th Saturday of each month via http://www.ah.fm/. The popular 2 hour show has seen exclusive guest mixes from biggest names the business, showcasing the latest in trance and progressive alongside the sounds of brand resident DJs, Hiddenagenda and Mike Beaumont.
