This is a Roland Boutique JD-08 cover of the synthwave track "Escape Pod" by Protocols (2024) that I recorded in Cubase Pro 14. There are 20 audio tracks. Half use modified presets and the rest use original patches. The drums are custom kits I built in the Cubase Drum Machine, and I made the risers in Steinberg Retrologue.

Dreaming at the Sea of Azov / Мрії на Азовському морі

This is a Lo-fi Roland MKS-20 cover of the song "Sway, Sway" by Heinali (2013) that I recorded in Cubase Pro 14. I used the MKS-20 for the four melodic parts of the song, and I used the Waldorf Streichfett for string pads in the second half of the song. The drums are all samples.

"Heta Linjen" är en nostalgisk synth-poplåt som tar lyssnaren tillbaka till 80-talets telefonerotikvärld. Med karakteristiska synthljud, atmosfäriska gitarrer och sensuell saxofon återskapar låten den speciella stämningen från den tid då betalsamtal till erotiska telefonlinjer var ett populärt sätt att utforska sina fantasier.
Låten följer en kvinnas telefonsamtal till "Heta Linjen", där anonymiteten möjliggör en intim och erotisk upplevelse via röster och ord. Texten beskriver hur berättaren blir upphetsad av rösten på andra sidan linjen, och hur hennes kropp reagerar när hon både lyssnar och delar med sig av sina egna upplevelser.
Musikaliskt är produktionen helt förankrad i 80-talets sound med pulserande synthbasar, reverb-dränkta gitarrlicks och saxofonsolon som alla bygger upp den sensuella stämningen. Telefonljudseffekter och viskande röster förstärker känslan av ett privat telefonsamtal i mörkret.
Det hela kulminerar i bryggan där berättaren beskriver hur den anonyma främlingen paradoxalt nog känner henne så väl och når hennes innersta själ, trots att de aldrig har träffats. Låten avslutas stämningsfullt med en viskning om att ringa igen, följt av ljudet av en telefonlur som läggs på.

Heta Linjen

This is a demo track I recorded using the Roland Boutique JX-03 and VP-03 synthesizers, plus a few samples for drums and sound effects. The JX-03 is a recreation of the JX-3P, MKS-30, and PG-200, while the VP-03 is a recreation of the VP-330 Vocoder. This is a cover of "Nightcall" by Kavinsky (2010)

Dans la nuit électronique, les synthétiseurs vintage murmurent leurs secrets oubliés. Ces machines d'un autre temps tissent un rêve éveillé - un voyage entre conscient et inconscient.

Deux âmes déambulent sur des nappes synthétiques, portées par des basses qui respirent comme des vagues nocturnes. Des fragments vocaux se tissent comme des fils d'argent à travers le tapis sonore électronique - des voix fugaces du rêve.

C'est la danse des somnambules modernes, guidés par la lumière fantôme des écrans de synthés. Une collaboration des âmes dans ce labyrinthe de câbles et de rêves.

In the electronic night, vintage synthesizers whisper their forgotten secrets. These machines from another time weave a waking dream - a journey between consciousness and unconsciousness.

Two souls wander on synthetic soundscapes, carried by basses that breathe like nocturnal waves. Vocal fragments weave like silver threads through the electronic sound tapestry - fleeting voices from dreams.

Derzhkordon is a short form for saying "state border" in Ukrainian. This is where the name of this project comes from. The legal form of the Ukrainian state border must be restored – this is what inspires me to make music these days.

I like to explore different styles of music and do the recordings in my living room.
I know the tracks are imperfect and often in kind of a demo state but they were fun to play and record.
I don't mind making errors if I still manage to transport my ideas.
And of course I try to improve my performances over time.

Retouch is a new retro wave and electronic rock producer Artem P.
Artem started in 2015 with minimum of gear and debuted with Pax EP, with an Arm of Creation becoming an instant hit. 

Long play “Light Years” release In 2017. Its’ top single “Dystopia” became the most played track of Retouch of all time.

2019 was an era of a dark synth wave album, “Obscure”. Experimental dark EP.

2021-23 years were times when Artem researched a new vision as an artist.
A new LP Technocracy is released on May, 10 2024
