Programmatic note: A couple sits by the seashore and silently observes the tides. The tides remind them of the ups and downs in their own relationship. Over the song's course, the scene cuts between what is actually in front of them and the memories of various stages of their relationship running through their heads. The moon symbolizes the external sources that influence the vacillations.
