This is at least the 10th version of this mix that I've recorded. It's evolved over the last few weeks. I didn't know where I wanted to take it when I started. Is it a love letter? Is it a break up note? Is it for me, or someone else? All of the above? Fuck knows.

It's been a big part of processing some complex life stuff. The title comes from a phrase I've heard from more than one person. The truth hurts, but it can still be true. 

I might obsessively give this one another go at some point, but it's likely done and I can let go and move on. Hope it resonates others.  (I owe some very patient people some other mixes...)
