In the distant year 2564 of a different time than yours, Rio Lawrence —a 21-year-old student originally only returning to his hometown — enters into a journey through the many underneath layers of the world, accompanied by Amelia Tachibana — another 21-year-old student, and dear childhood friend of Rio, Riselia — a strange teenager who seeks answers of the underworld herself, Lillie Tachibana — Amelia's one and only sister, who follows along with Amelia and Rio's safety in mind, Reisz Krause — a stern android woman bumped into during the journey, and Adrian Graciana — a teenage boy with a fine affinity for the arcane.

As their journey progresses, digging layer through layer, these six witness the unbecoming of mankind — theirs and others — as they look further and closer into Rio Lawrence's past and beginnings, his purpose of traveling into the underworld, and the grim reality of his familial descent.

The Faræphím Arc is the final chapter of VIVARIUM, taking place in the Zeroth Layer — the core layer of the world — as Rio and crew creep closer and closer to the truth, unknowing of what lays beyond the final doors of the planet's clockwork centre.

(Story spoilers have been purposely omitted from the titles of this selective soundtrack, and deeper details of the story are purposely avoided for the sake of VIVARIUM's sanctity as it is still in development.)
