Metamorphosis - Arkhe (6th movement), 2024, is a composition for voice and drums which belongs to a cycle of 6 vocal and electronic sound movements written by Polish artist and sound composer Monika Weiss between 2021-2024, collectively titled Metamorphosis.  6th movement includes sounds of drums performed by the artist by hitting her sculpture (which is cast from iron) and recorded on site.

The 6th movement (Arkhe) has been commissioned in 2024 by Laumeier Sculpture Park where it can be heard as sound part of the artist's public work titled Metamorphosis (Sound Sculpture), curated by Dana Turkovic.

This vocal composition can also be heard as part of a concurrent sister project Metamorphosis - Przemiana, a sound sculpture that opened to public on July 27, 2024 at Centre of Polish Sculpture in Oronsko, a National Heritage Institution of Poland, where is now part of the permanent collection of the Sculpture Park, curated by Mariusz Andrzejczyk.
