Walking On The Moon - Cover 2025 Made In The Hutch*
As made famous by The Police / Sting. Originally released in 1979 as a follow-up to "Message In A Bottle" and taken from their Album "Reggatta de Blanc". Walking on the Moon has a sparse spacious feel, centred around a simple bass riff, reggae style percussion and plenty of guitar FXs. Of course, Sting's catchy and repetitive lyrics helps this be an easy sing along track. 

This is very interesting sonically and shows off what can be done with a minimal of instruments as a 3-piece band. Stewart's drums are always interesting as he mixes up the patterns interspersed with triplets and off-beat accent's and dowsed in reverb lends itself to dub reggae. 

I have added more sonic textures but mainly stayed true to the original sounds and structure. I hope it pleases the ears... LIKE or COMMENT please. I'd love to know what you think.

🇬🇧Music has always been my way to feel and to express, even when that creative side remained silent for years. In May 2025, I finally stepped into DJing — finding in mixing the closest way to turn emotions into sound.

My sets move across genres — from afro house, organic and deep, to tech house and psy trance — but my true identity lives in melodic house and techno house. These styles let me explore darkness, nostalgia, and energy, always driven by melodies that move and vocals that stay with you.

For me, DJing is not just playing tracks, it’s about crafting a journey. A space where passion, sensitivity, and originality intertwine. Every mix is a glimpse into my inner world, shared with the hope that it resonates, sparks emotion, and leaves a lasting memory.

🇪🇸 La música siempre ha sido mi forma de sentir y expresarme, incluso cuando ese lado creativo permaneció en silencio durante años. En mayo de 2025 decidí dar el paso y adentrarme en el DJing, encontrando en la mezcla la manera más cercana de transformar emociones en sonido.

Mis sesiones viajan por distintos géneros —del afro house y organic al deep, tech house o incluso psy trance—, pero mi verdadera identidad se encuentra en el melodic house y el techno house. Son estilos que me permiten explorar la oscuridad, la nostalgia y la energía, siempre guiados por melodías que emocionan y vocales que dejan huella.

Para mí, ser DJ no es simplemente poner canciones, sino crear un viaje sonoro: un espacio donde la pasión, la sensibilidad y la originalidad se entrelazan. Cada mezcla es una ventana a mi mundo interior, compartida con la esperanza de que resuene, despierte emociones y deje un recuerdo imborrable.

This is my muso' home, a sanctuary, a creative cauldron of musical ideas, covers, new stuff, original and maybe sometimes off-centre. Even a few surprises as I go where my changing musical interest goes. I am a hobby producer and musician. Those 12 notes are still fascinating me.

If nothing else, this is first and foremost, for my own greater good, to ease a wary soul, shield me from the slings and arrows of modern life. So, keeping me from insanity in a broken world.
