A tragic end, they hoped for more.
Deceived by lies Erebus spun,
Their wisdom lost, their fate undone.

Horus, shaken, doubts took root,
The Emperor’s words no longer absolute.
As shadows grew and light withdrew,
The Wolves to Davin’s darkness flew.

Disguised as Sejanus, Erebus spoke,

He showed a future, a god ascends,
The Emperor's shrines, with lies to defend.
Primarchs cast aside, forgotten and torn,
The God-Emperor rules, their purpose worn.

Erebus led him to Terra’s core,
Where the secrets of the Emperor were born.
The Primarchs forged by Chaos’ hand,
A truth that none could understand.
The Emperor preached a secular creed,
Yet dabbled in Chaos to serve his need.

Magnus warned, with visions clear,
That Horus walked on paths of fear.
But pride and power sealed his fate,

The Warmaster rises, a newborn king.
