⩪ Bodies of Water ⩪ is a guided meditation I did on the element of water, inspired by my research on sound healing and the potency + memory that water holds in a physical, spiritual and political context. The immersion begins with a poem written by Orsi and sets the scene in a dystopian future where water is scarcity. We also intuitively draw inspiration from the cycles of the moon to gently remember the intertwining between our bodies and the cosmos.

༄ Energy is a naturally vibrating substance, therefore, what holds our bodies together is purely sound ༄

༄ Here and now you are engulfed by a consciousness, greater than your own ༄ 

༄ Sound waves arise from the ocean of pure beingness, from the motion that changes reality ༄ 

༄ I invite you to feel all that you desire and all that you wish to come to you now. Use the power and flow of water to let your dreams in ༄
