El Equipo de la Radio Municipal realizó una transmisión en vivo desde el Ex predio AGFA, donde se desarrolló la entrega de los certificados de “La Radio en tu Escuela”, “Relato deportivo”, y “Varela Te Ve”, en el que se entrevistó al Intendente, Dr. Andrés Watson. 

El Jefe Comunal, Watson remarcó: "La Radio es esencial para todos. Nos enorgullece el cierre de los talleres. Consideramos que son herramientas que puedan ser de encuentro de su futura carrera. Además, de poder convertirse en su futuro". 

Por su parte, la Subsecretaria de Prensa y Comunicación -Lic. Noelia Piñeiro- ponderó: "Es un orgullo, una gran felicidad más aún con este avallasamiento en los medios por parte del Ejecutivo Nacional , siempre abordamos la comunicación desde la pluralidad de voces". 

Estuvieron presentes: la Secretaria de Educación -Andrea Digiobani-, el inspector Jefe de Región Cuatro DIEGEP – Lic. Leonardo Gómez-, y el jefe Distrital de Educación -Alfredo Schveizer-.

Además, acompañaron: Micaela De Rosa, la profesora Iliana Cabrera, Claudio Blanco, la Directora de la Radio Municipal - Romina Galzerano- y su par de Audio y Video -Walter Cabrera-.
