Today's track-from-scratch. Recorded a few loops from a Wavestate patch-from-init. Experimented with quantization settings, ducking some tracks and not others... nothing revolutionary going on here. I am pleased with the turnout though.

When I'm not playing video games, I might actually be found working on some production. I'm really into an all hardware approach to music making these days and loving various synths, sequencers, and drum machines. I would even dare to say music making has surpassed gaming and is now my main pastime! While still trying to pinpoint my musical "sound", I definitely find myself incorporating my love for Deep House from my many years spent as a DJ but I'm not afraid to just let the music guide me in the moment. My name is Thomas. I live in the beautiful Ortenau region near the Black Forest and have been producing electronic music since the mid-90s. As a media designer for image and sound, I work with audio production on a daily basis. I work as a sound engineer for a major pop radio station.

I've been a passionate Logic user since version 1.6 and also work with Pro Tools and FL Studio. Since I work with plugins daily, I enjoy tinkering with hardware in my free time. Whether it's synthesizers, effects units, or recorders... if there's something to tweak and sound to, I'm happy.

I'm at home in all areas of electronic music and release my own tracks and remixes under the names CYBTRAXX, ELEKTROPOPS, and TECKERT.
