Alles komt nu samen. Alles komt op gang. 
Bewustzijn lijkt te groeien over gemeenschappelijk belang. 
En zij die er vol in staan, ook tegen weer en wind
Zorgen iedere dag weer voor een toekomst voor dat kind
Dat nu nog niet kan spreken, en straks een wereld heeft
Die vandaag contouren krijgt, voor ieder die dan leeft 
Voor alles dat het leven maakt tot een heel mooi samenspel
Van mensen, kansen, potentieel, maar lukt dat spelen wel?
Zien we al dat moois in handen, en zien we elkaar
Wie en wat is er nu nodig, hoe spelen we dit klaar? 
Hoe zorgen we voor evenwicht, tussen hebben en genoeg? 
Tussen knokken en berusten, wat te laat lijkt voelt te vroeg. 
Zijn we klaar voor al dat sprinten, of zijn we nu al moe
Van pionieren, overtuigen, van proberen, van ‘gedoe’. 
Van wel zien en geen gehoor, van de bierkaai, van dit werk
Laad je op, kom tot rust, samen staan we sterk
Niemand staat alleen, tijd voor open kaart 
Over werken aan transities en wat je zorgen baart
Waar je mooie kansen ziet, voor troeven die je deelt 
Zodat ieder in transitiewerk dit spel heel stevig speelt
Wie ziet waar het naartoe gaat en door het vuur wil gaan
Voor die mooie, sterke wereld, die heeft ons naast zich staan
Met ons hier iedereen die dat kind die wereld wenst 
Met plek voor al dat leeft en groeit, met liefde onbegrensd
Die wereld is begonnen, daar werken we nu aan
Het vergt wel open kaart over waar we samen staan
En wat er nu nodig is voor sterker samenspel
Want 1 ding: als ons dat nu lukt, dan komen we er wel

This series of podcasts is a collaboration between Feasta and the European Health Futures Forum.
