Welcome to Logical Miracle, a project where a lifelong dream meets the cutting edge of technology, brought to life by two passionate creators, one a musician and songwriter, the other an edu tech enthusiast who turns ideas into reality.

Like many, my journey started with big dreams as a child. I imagined myself as a musical genius, learning to play the recorder and later moving on to the violin and guitar. Back then, I had no idea how challenging the music industry could be. As life moved on, new adventures like jobs, holidays, and eventually starting a family took over, and my musical dream slowly faded into the background.

But the story didn’t end there. Over the past 40 years, technology has evolved in incredible ways, creating opportunities that were once unimaginable. Social media has reconnected us with old friends and memories, while AI and music software have revolutionised how we create and share music. The music industry, once an exclusive club, has had to adapt, leaving space for new voices to emerge.

This is where Logical Miracle was born, a collaboration between my love for music and the technical genius of my partner. For years, I wrote poems, not realising they were songs in waiting. Today, with the help of AI, music production software, and my tech-savvy partner, we’ve brought those words to life. The dream of working in a big studio isn’t necessary anymore; with the right tools and expertise, we’re able to create professional-quality music right from home.

Logical Miracle is the result of this collaboration. It’s not just a musical project, it’s a testament to the power of dreams and the possibilities that technology brings. What started as a simple idea has blossomed into something much bigger, a dream shared and fulfilled. Now, it’s time for our music to be heard.

The Best Wedding Singing For Your Special Day, Whatever The Weather

When the laid back vibe of Myrtle Beach, SC meets acoustic rock of Lake Michigan, Simplified, the island rock band arrives with a loud and welcoming splash.  In 2002, Clee Laster of SC and Chris Sheridan a MI native, started out as an acoustic duo.  Early on, both musicians displayed innate musical capabilities, which were passed down from family members, and inspired by a diverse collection of original influences. They both grew up on the water, in different parts of the country, but the beach life-blood continues to surge within their suntanned souls, flowing forth in passionate, fun, and energetic jams.
 
They began playing acoustic shows, revving up and charming the Charlotte, NC crowds, while writing original songs.  In 2003, the full band took shape as Simplified. Acclaimed as a dedicated touring machine, they gained new fans, one by one.  Simplified's sound caught on, with a devoted fan base in the Southeastern US.  With their incessant touring, an enthusiastic buzz was growing, and in turn they began booking shows nationwide, playing for increasingly larger audiences.

With a never-ending tour schedule, including over 3,000 powerhouse, popular performances, Simplified members, with both electric and acoustic acts, are enthusiastic as ever.  From Key West, FL to New York City and throughout the Midwest, their hard work, perseverance and commitment have always been key to their hard earned success. Sequentially, in 2011, their song “Shall We Begin” was featured on ESPN’s ‘Kick off to College GameDay.’  Currently their hit “Gettin Home,” is featured in the video game, NASCAR The Game 2013 and they have been praised as one of Pandora Radio’s top played indie rock bands.
 
Still writing and riding the sometimes choppy, always exciting musical shores, Clee and Sheridan reinvented the band in 2013 with their newest material, while getting back to their island rock roots. This year, they are releasing tracks from their crowd-pleasing, May 10th, 2013 show at Hideaway Cafe in St. Petersburg, FL. Sheridan states, "Our fans have been requesting a live album so we are focusing on getting as much live content out as possible." 

Sheridan and Clee have effectively reformulated the band by adding key ingredients: new players with positive energy, multi-instrumentalists, and a camaraderie that stimulates their passion for writing new material.  Now abandoning what others suggested, returning to their roots of a feel good vibe, Clee explains, “We are writing new songs for ourselves and our fans, not for a producer or critic.  We are getting right back to where we started, with what we know and love…music that makes you smile.”
 
Their signature sound is a contagious fusion of rock and reggae, attracting a diverse audience and embracing every kind of fan.  Sheridan emphasizes, "We're a rock band with elements of reggae, funk, and acoustic roots.  We don't limit ourselves musically and it shows in the songs we write." Conjuring up the island rock roots, Clee expresses, "Our live shows are all about having fun. Each performance will bring you to the beach and right back home.”

A decade later, Simplified continues to evolve and attract new audiences through their crowd-pleasing, relatable songs and ongoing support from their loyal fans.  Starting out as two musicians with a dream, to one of the industry’s top emerging rock bands, makes Simplified a true tour de force. There’s nothing simple about that.

Many people describe Thad’s award winning music as inspiring instrumental music from the heart that is simple, peaceful, and passionate; music that fits your life. Originally from Ottumwa Iowa, Thad currently lives in Missouri, and is married with three beautiful children. He has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Degree in Music.  Thad has been writing and composing music from an early age and grew up listening and studying classical music which typically resounds some way in his music. Thad studied piano, violin, guitar, trumpet, and percussion throughout his school years, and is currently focused on the piano and digital instruments. He is also a dedicated youth pastor and worship leader whose passion is to serve the Lord. He currently has seven CDs released which includes Grand Design, Vast, Love Without Words, The Road Home and Impromptus, Vol. 1, Peace, Comfort, and Joy: A Sacred Christmas, and Free to Fly, a CD dedicated to his father who passed away during the making of the CD. Thad's music is inspired by his life, family, and relationship with the Lord, and is intended for background music, or for times of meditation and relaxation. His music has been played all over the world in daycares, spas, retail stores, and business offices, during art shows, dinner parties, banquets, and weddings. 

Thad’s music has been reviewed by Mainly Piano Publications and described as “music that blends a wealth of experience with deep emotion, creating a distinctive sound that is accessible to all yet complex enough for a more discerning ear, “very calming and uplifting”, “deeply emotional musical soliloquy where only heartfelt truths are spoken – stunning”! Vast was rated one of the best CDs for relaxation of 2009.  In 2006 Thad joined Whisperings Solo Piano Radio, and has since joined Sky.fm Radio, Pandora Radio, SoloPiano.com, GotRadio, and Enlightened Piano Radio. Currently, Thad's top 5 songs have been thumbed up on Pandora Radio over 1 million times.  In 2009, Thad won Best Music for Animation at the Swan Lake Moving Images and Music Awards for his song Gentle Whisper off the album Vast, and was nominated again in 2010 for his song Forever (The Proposal). In 2011 Thad joined Hobby Lobby’s Audio Ambience Series, making his music readily available for purchase in over 40 states and 500 stores nation wide!  More recently Thad’s newest album The Road Home, was nominated for Whisperings Solo Piano Album of the Year 2012, was selected as a MainlyPiano.com album of the year 2012, and his song First Dance off of the same album was nominated for a Hollywood Music and Media Award. Thad’s songs Beauty of Grace and Evening Song from the album The Road Home were also nominated in 2013 for a Hollywood Music and Media Award.
