This Guided Meditation is part of the Weekly practices provided by Dr. Joe Dispenza from his book: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. 

This meditation is part of the 4 Week program provided in the book, where as the first week was about learning the induction method and the second was about going within on a more personal level, this is the week where listeners commit to an active change.

In WEEK 3 the listener is being guided through the winds of change. Here they are asked to "Observe" the patterns in their life, and "Remind" themselves who they no longer want to be. Afterwards the meditation goes over to "Redirecting" the listener into a new state of being. This is done by actively make a 'change'.

It's a week that focuses on committing to change. Here the listener is actively stepping out of the old personality, and into the new.

Hut hut, så er vi her igen! Vi går alle kampene fra en sindssyg 3. spillerunde igennem. Special Teams kom i dén grad til at spille en stor rolle i flere kampe, og det var der flere kickere, der også gjorde - både for det gode og for det knap så gode. Chiefs kom tilbage på vindersporet, og det gjorde Browns også med deres overraskende sejr over Packers. Eagles vandt en neglebider af en kamp over Rams, og Bears gjorde det onde ved Cowboys. NFL leverede endnu engang underholdning fra øverste hylde med comeback-sejre, tætte afgørelser og så lige et par blowouts.
