SAM PIKAR, ORGAN - What We Do

Dropped a lil something to one of my favorite beats. I really needed to let out some of the things I've been frustrated with and took this opportunity to do so.

What We Do Freestyle

We recorded "What We Do" back in 1997. Up until now it has only been released on the 1997 NJHC compilation titled "Contralation". This was released only on vinyl and has been out of print for quite some time. As of January 8th, 2025 it is available on all streaming platforms.

ORGAN is an incognito producer and multi-genre artist. This masked stranger produces worldwide records that hit the charts of venues, international radio stations, SHAZAM. This mystery only increases the interest in this guy.

I.D.K. is an American hardcore punk band, formed in 1991 in Fairview, New Jersey. The band's lineup consists of founding member Anthony Paladino on lead vocals, Tom Conti on bass guitar, Fabio Amato on drums, and Mike Nappi and Adrian Spoleti on the guitars. After numerous self-releases along with a release on local NJ label Bushleague records, I.D.K. signed with extreme metal powerhouse Earache for the release of their EP “Taking on The Monster“ Earache catalog #MOSH172. Following the completion of their first U.S. tour, they then moved to label The Music Cartel before recording 1998's Til Death Do Us Part full-length. After years of a break from the action, I.D.K. released an ep entitled “To Do What Must Be Done” on their own label. I.D.K. is currently playing shows in the NJ/NY metro area and are working on new music that will be released in 2025.

A Student and a Seeker who wants to express himself and bring back a golden era of hip-hop through storytelling, lyricism, and wordplay while still providing a new relevant sound.

Many of King Melo’s inspirations include Wu-Tang, Redman, Method Man, Linkin Park, J-Dilla, Talib Kweli, Mos Def, Common, De La Soul, The Roots, Pete Rock and CL SMooth, 2-Pac, B.I.G and many more
