My advice for rookie hip hop "artists" ; Be what you are, no matter how useless it seems to do something others don't, i always picked the harder option.  Doing real music looks more serious, artists are more dedicated to the songs, not just writing few lines of garbage, dropping a 99th similar beat in a row, doing all that cr*p because u do everything for everyone else except yourself.  But remember that the point of making music is at least trying to do something in your own way, it shold be inspiring and not degrading like these days. And yeah, please don't call ur commercial shite hip hop. Do the things you love without anyones blessing. Afterwards, when you get to that point that you realize that you've been living more then half of your life among some of the greatest music, greatest artists, enjoying in making because its hard, but opens a lot of doors, makes a lot of great connections, then your soul mate will enter your life or you will, who knows ? But learn from my mistakes, don't waste your time, make music and not war. One more thing to remember is that real love can defeat anything ; sending regards for supporting me and my music by listening to my shiet.
