I've been wanting todo this for a while, but being a very busy public place, it always put me off, but I was surprised even the people walking by kept very quiet as they could see I was trying to capture the sound. 

Cwmbran Boating Lake has always been a special place for local people, alongside the Avon Lwyd River, it's a magnet for wildlife and this winter particularly has seen good Wildfowl numbers.
