As an Artist, whom grew from the beginnings of DJ'ing with vinyl in the 90's, he loves to blend so many genres together, as long as it consists elements of driving frequencies, telling his sincere musical story.

The sounds that are transmitted while behind the decks, either as Sceptical C or Shaman RaHis, consist of frequency and indigenous based sounds which he often blends with Techno, Melodic Techno, Afro house, House, Tech House, but most definitely tracks containing healing and regenerating frequencies and so much more. The musical story consist of a drive that will make the dancefloor move because of the frequencies being broadcasted from the hearth, through the available channels blended together live, on the fly, unpredicted and no preselected tracks.

Whenever or where ever you encounter Shaman RaHis, all of his musical frequential magic, will contain percussive vibes that are received in such a way by the audience, that it will make them get in such a state of happiness that will make them keep their bodies moving with maximum enjoyment, forgetting their day to day life, while healing themselves on the dancefloor. Especially when the audience opens up to receive the healing frequencies heard and felt, transferred via the sound system.

THEME: Capital Area Michigan Works! reviews the Rapid Response program and its role in supporting employers and employees through a layoff. 

Question: What is the Rapid Response program and how does it support businesses facing layoffs or closures? 

The Rapid Response Program aims to respond to downsizing and closures that impact our region’s workforce, enabling those affected to return to work as soon as possible. 
The program's benefits are two-fold: supporting employees impacted by job loss and benefiting businesses as they navigate business changes.
We know that layoffs are a difficult decision for employers to make. By working with our Rapid Response Team, employers can implement strategies before a layoff to prevent downsizing or ensure their employees are supported and connected to other available employment opportunities if a layoff is truly needed. 
Additional employer benefits include: 
Minimizing disruption during workforce transitions.
 Implementing cost-friendly aversion strategies that reduce turnover and recruitment costs. 
Connections to financial aid, training and incentives. 
The program helps employees who experience layoffs find new positions that match their skill sets. Employees may also receive early intervention to help them make informed decisions concerning their future and employment services including training and income support. 
Through the combined efforts of local workforce boards, economic development organizations and other stakeholders, Rapid Response helps communities address the broader economic impact of significant layoffs or closures, supports efforts to revitalize local economies and helps employees find opportunities to reenter the workforce quickly. 

Question: What steps does the Rapid Response program take to support impacted employees?

 If layoffs are unavoidable, a worker orientation meeting will be organized, where the CAMW! team will meet with affected employees and connect them with information and support in finding a new job. 
Rapid Response meetings with the workforce are designed to help the employees file for Unemployment Insurance and get established with their local Michigan Works! Agencies. Some of the resources provided in meetings include: 
Basic assessment, job development, advanced screened referrals, group activities and job search support. Comprehensive personalized assessments, counseling, case management, literacy activities, out-of-area job search and relocation assistance. 
Training opportunities like on-the-job training, workplace training with instruction, registered apprenticeships, skill upgrading & retraining so workers can perform transitional jobs. 
CAMW! staff will also provide information on the WIOA Dislocated Workers program, an initiative designed to help workers get back to work as quickly as possible after losing their jobs due to layoffs, plant closures or other economic factors.

The Antillean Artist Corne Van Der Heijden, hailing from Curacao N.A., was nurtured in an environment rich in various musical styles that continue to flow through his veins, defining his sound today. His journey into DJing commenced at the age of 12 when he became captivated by the art of playing vinyl. At 18, he transitioned to Eindhoven, in The Netherlands, for his studies, believing this would signify the end of his musical pursuits. Contrary to this belief, it marked the beginning of a remarkable new chapter, leading him to embrace his passion for electronic music. 

His musical journey has garnered significant attention, and his extensive collection of released and unreleased original tracks has established him as a highly sought-after DJ for various events, whether utilising digital vinyl or performing live. This multifaceted artist is poised to energise numerous dance floors. His musical style is profoundly engaging, traversing genres from house to techno, interwoven with classic influences, consistently retaining an underground allure that is entrancing. He emphasises the importance of connecting with his audience, as he believes that the true value of music lies in the collective experience it creates.
