Mixes recorded using a basic set-up of only x2 Technic 1210's, a Allen & Heath X:One23c mixer plus a single Numark CD deck...100% NO SOFTWARE!...Keeping it real...ha ha!

An avid record collector & clubber who fell into DJing by chance in 1984 at the age of 17 in a local club in South London playing an eclectic mix of Boogie, Motown, Electro & Jazz Funk. Soon after I became the tour DJ for (the songwriter & producer Mark Topham and his Jazz Funk band at that time) 'The Juice' back in the mid 80's. 
Acid House changed everything by the Spring of '88, Sean being a regular/member at Nicky Holloway's 'The Trip' London...by '89 he was resident DJ at a bar/club called 'The Trading Post' in South London, which lasted a number of years. Playing everything from Balearic & Italian 'piano' to eventually Progressive House, to a great crowd.
Throughout the 90s, Sean was playing regular slots at 'Dolly Rockers' & 'Just Cant Get Enough' plus lots of one-off parties. Warming up for the likes of Dave Dorrell, Judge Jules, Brandon Block, Chris & James & Leftfield's Paul Daley amongst many.
Playing at the 'Gardening Club', 'Legends', 'Maximus' & many other top venues at the time.

Sean still plays out today at selected vinyl only parties, so get in touch regarding bookings.

Made from Miami's art and music scene and refined in San Francisco, Max operates intentionally and emotively. Curated tracks spanning several subgenres of dancey, moody, light, dramatic, and always energetic house music. Lawyer by day, DJ by night, Max loses it on the dance floor when he's not performing. When he is, his sole goal is give to others that same moment of connection he craves so much. No spectacle, no grand gestures, just depth, emotion, dance, and a party that lingers long after the music stops.

I am abcakl. I make retro sounding music, mostly pop and rock. Expect double tracking, stacked harmonies, pressed pop piano, wurlitzer on the backbeat, vintage guitar tones, distorted drum machines... I enjoy creating catchy tunes with both heart and humor, and the occasional sad ones or rock-stompers.
