Here is my set from Mystic Creatures Festival 2024. I started a little later than planned at 00:50am 9/9/24 at the Freaky Forest stage. 

This was a very special one for me. with months in the planning and getting pregnant on the way. My unborn child and I boogied a lot during this set. A big thanks to Mystic Creatures for inviting me to play, it was an honor to play among many of my favorite artists.

YOONI, formerly known as Anna Merel is a Dutch DJ who lives in Guatemala. Instead of defining her genre, YOONI is a four-on-the-floor electronic nomad who invites you to think out of the box.  Adventure her obscure expressions and indulge into a sensational sound voyage. 

YOONI has only been on the height of her DJ game for the past 3 years. Although  she has a background in acoustic music as a vocalist and songwriter. She explored the realm of Musicals during her high-school period and decided after to study music/production at Albeda Colllege Rotterdam from 2011 till 2016. While her focus was producing acoustic music, she would escape the weekends into the nightclubs of Rotterdam. A home base for house and techno music.  

 She started to cultivate a big passion for sharing electronic music over the past years while living in Guatemala. Every time a  distinctive track falls into her lap is a new moment to fall in love again with her craft, and spread that love with the people who hear her play.
