This is a very rare case of a song that I first had an idea for the artwork, rather than the track itself. Kicking is cool. Many have said this. So i thought that it would be appropriate to make something loud as all hell. Remember what I said on the description of Midnight Brawl, about violence not being the answer, etc etc. Same deal here. This makes the second song about fighting people in the street. Ironic, considering I've never been a real fight, nor I want to be in one. I guess this is all musical role play?

This is one of my favorite things I've ever done. Despite starting my music journey doing metal music, somehow it didn't really appear in any of my songs in a meaningful way, until now. Regardless, fusing metal with bass music is a formula that has been executed a lot of times, so I decided not to hold myself and go completely all out on everything. For a dubstep song, this one is a real weird one, but I hope people like it as much as I do.

In a similar vein to my previous EP, the first song is always a big statement and some kind of "flex track" to showcase everything I have going on. After some jazz-fusion inspired shenanigans in the previous project, now it's time for an entire orchestra. You know, just because. I was inspired by a performance I saw of my city's orchestra playing the second Shéhérazade by Ravel, and that inspired me deeply to make an orchestral arrangement. Like almost everything about this EP, I ended up changing most of the drop if not all of it, and now it actually sounds great. All in all I'm very happy I'm even able to achieve this. Special thanks to Inverted Silence for the invaluable help shaping the orchestra's sounds.

Now this one is funny! I originally made this track as a rip-off of an Akeos tune all the way back in 2021, and ended up featuring it on my 2022 showcase. This was the last song from there that was left to release, but it suffered a complete metamorphosis. Two years later, after the insistence of my friend and fellow artist Chocographix, and Akeos herself liking it, I resumed work, and I scrapped the original intro to make a newer, better one. And after a while... I decided to also scrap the drop, and make a newer, better one. So between the original song and the actual final one. There's literally nothing in common, besides both being in 135BPM. You've ever heard of the Ship of Theseus?

This song was actually inspired by a conversation I had with Voljum around when minus1 was released a year or so ago. He suggested me I should try to do a song purely by sampling other songs, not even adding drums no nothing. I didn't go fully in that direction (there's people like O-Prime Delta who kill it in that style) but regardless i tried to push my chopping style into the extreme, and this is the result

What's this, the 4th or 5th time a song starts as a joke but I end up liking it so I turn it into an actual thing? I initially made 30 seconds of it purely as joke to put on twitter, but the clip of it went crazy and I'm pretty aware that a lot of people enjoyed takealook! , so I decided to do another song in this vein. During this year I've been very fortunate to meet and hang out with a bunch of extremely talented producers from the Vocaloid scene, and this song samples them substantially. I guess this as a very convoluted way of showing appreciation.

And of course, big shoutouts to @invertedsilence because right when I thought I had the song finished, he quite literally saved it. Thank you man.
