Who am I?

I live in Romania, Bucharest. Kizomba dancer since 2016. Semba dancer since 2019. Dj since 2022. 

My goal: unite people through music.

I enjoy playing PALOP music styles like kizomba,semba,cape verdian music, zouk, ghetto-zouk and konpa but in Romania I also play urban kiz, tarraxo, douceur, afrobeat. 

I am a fan of amapiano music and techno house.

I believe a DJ should learn to like as many styles as possible to explore different energies.

I work very well with people who give me the freedom to be myself and surprise the dancefloor with fresh rhytms.

I like working in a team with other DJ's in a friendly and constructive manner. 

Respecting other people's work and mine is important for a successful colaboration and i apreciate people who like to bring value to a party.

The experience gathered until now has proven to me that music is a universal language with no boundaries.

I support uniting the kizomba and urban kiz communities. We are all people no matter the taste. And people love to dance.

Adriano Godoy, conhecido artisticamente como DJ GoDoY, é um DJ profissional de São Paulo especializado em ritmos de dança de salão, especialmente Zouk e Kizomba.  Atuando como DJ  na Dança desde 2010, ele também trabalha como DJ de Eventos Sociais onde atua desde de 2006 e oferece serviços de locação de som e iluminação.

DJ GoDoY é reconhecido por suas apresentações em eventos de Dança em São Paulo e em outros Estados. Seus sets são caracterizados por uma seleção musical envolvente, com influências de R&B e Soul, Kizomba e remixes adaptadas para o Zouk brasileiro .
