When Gerard A. was 11 years old, his first introduction to Electronic music was listening to the Warp Brothers track "Blast the Speakers" on a Counter-Strike video called "Hard Clan". This was when the electronic bug bit him and he got more interested into listening to different artists such as Tiesto and DJ Mangoo. As he became more of a fan, he started to garner more curiousity on how to make this type of music, so he bought FL Studio and started to mess around with making music. After a few years of trying to self teach himself, he released his first official remix with his friend Luis Barrios called "Mr. Fabio * Defected - 2 " where it won a remix contest for Karpatik Records. Since then, he decided to attend the Los Angeles Recording School where he furthered his education in audio technology and to elevate his craft. He graduated in 2013 and was set on a dream to play in the clubs. In 2014, that dream was finally realistic because of LACX President/Owner Bul!miatron gave him a chance to open at various bars/clubs and be a part of LACX. Since playing in the clubs all around Southern California and touring in Europe, his drive and determination to keep on going has only grown stronger. 2017 will be a big year for Gerard A!
