I am Kazi Shehran Hossain from Dhaka, Bangladesh. 1988 is the year when I was born in Dhaka.

Well, it was the year 2001 when I started learning Guitar. I use to learn basics from my uncle and then I started doing Advance lessons all by myself. So I may say, I am 70% self-taught and 30% from my uncle. It has been 11 years I play the six stringer.
At the beginning I had a Givson Acoustic Guitar which was broken in the neck area I can say it was a damaged guitar for that the strings were too high. Still I use to practice with that guitar which was so hard to play. First three years I did not have an electric Guitar so, I continued playing acoustic about three years. Then in 2004 after I joined my first band of my life where I use to borrow electric guitars from my friends. Itwas a struggling time for me. Then in 2007 I got my first electric guitar.
2005 was the year when I played on the stage for the first time. Since then I am now quite experience to play on stage. When I was 12 I use to listen songs of many rock and metal legends like IRON MAIDEN, DEEP PURPLE, SCORPIONS, RAINBOW and L.R.B, MILES, SOULS, WARFAZE, VIKINGS, MONITOR from our country and many more. So my first influence is Always IRON MAIDEN.as a Guitarist I am vastly influence by Richie Blackmore, Eric Clapton, David Gilmore, Vinnie Moor, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and many more. From my country Ayub bacchu, Oni Hasan and Maher khan is the best to me.
At the beginning I use to pick songs with the help of a cassette player because that time there was no options like internet, guitar pro or tabs which things made all easy .but to me Picking songs by ear is preferable cause it can give a guitarist thus sense and the creativity rather than to pick songs or memorize from tabs or software like Guitar pro. I appreciate own creativity than to play cover songs or other’s work.
