one of my favorite things about working with WL4 constantly is like with cases like this, where the instrumentation is almost completely different from the original, but still works together really well. I feel like by this time next year making waamixes will be as familiar and second nature to me as moving my left foot about. I certainly hope I'm still doing it by this time next year.

This was one of a few songs MarioSpore sent me to experiment with. This song def. won't fit as a boss theme for the hack, but my instrumentation for this song sounded pretty dope, so I'm posting it all the same.

The technique I used for the thumb was taught to me by Throwaway-Sensei. Rather happy with how I got Waluigi's face, since after posterizing I had to re-draw the teeth and all of his right eye.

FAT MAN'S GREED (Wario World Remix)

Greenhorn Forest was stuck in my head, and it was bothering me that the only existing version of it (as well as every other song from Wario World, sadly) was only available in rather low quality due to them just being game rips. As any sane person would do, I determined the best course of action would be to Remake The Whole Song From Scratch™
This is by no means a perfect recreation! I don't know every sound source and there's quite a few improvisations in there. Tried to preserve the original spirit and sound of the song best I could, though. Just wanted to hear in in higher quality, lol.

Q: Why do I use the Wario Land 4 soundfont to some capacity for so many tracks?
A: Because I love the way it sounds, obviously. Half the reason why I'll start making a MIDI in the first place is that I want to hear what it'd sound like with the Wario Land 4 soundfont.
