very small tinkering around with the project file to include some of the more recent instrument findings people like collision chaos radio have found. even though some of the instruments in the old version were fine and actually surprisingly accurate, I think it sounded like it was from 1998 instead of 1992/1993 lol

now has a passing resemblance to sonic cd. I've also threw most of the samples through akai emulators and done other little touches now i'm far more familiar with pre-DAW production techniques

What's the source? It's a souprise. All you need to know is, for whatever reason, a Mega Man X version of the one bit that anyone actually remembers sounded really dope when I pictured it, so I went ahead and put something together. It was originally at 140bpm, and kept the original's Swing, but it sounded better at 161bpm, and without the swing, sounded truer to MMX's style.

The secret to making the lead overdriven so punchy and rad is something i learned from working with WL4 the guitar solo at the end of crescent moon village has some of its notes scooted up by a few 24ths of a block and boyyyy do those few-too-soon 24ths have a fantastic effect on electric guitars

He ate bucky and mush mouth in 1 gulp and dumb donald escaped. We ran out of the junk yard and our parents were are monster… is this the apocalypse? We were in a building after running from Russell *monsters start eating the pillars our platform was on* we need a distraction weird harold and I say together. Hey dead weight I said ‘why you call me dead weight’ said dumb donald I said ‘because your dead weight!!’ *pushes dumb donald off the pillar and watches our friend get eaten* *lowers cap to respect him and honor him for disctration* :() that’s the face on fat alberts face. Ill kill you!!’ fat albert no said weird harold fat albert pushed him aside and ripped off his arm to use it as a sword ‘noooo weird harold I said’ alright fat albert I don’t wanna do this but I have to!! We fought. He swung. I dodge. I duck his swing and trip him. He wobbles around and fell off the roof into the hoard of monsters. ‘HEY HEY AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!’ Before he fell I ripped off his shirt and use it to plug up weird harolds arm. We met up with a few cats while looking for supplies and were in a bunker with them right now. Ill keep all you guys updated. Pee wee got bitten so I think he will be monster soon, weird harold and me are alright. Cool roy stood no chance up on that sign when they can jump. *sobs because of dead friends and only 2 of the gang made it out alive* Alright I gotta go, were about to head out to look for some supplies. whjen i was a kid, i loved fat albert. but that all changed when i was walking down the street in my usual fat albert walk and saw a vcr tape. it had tape on it that says ‘fat albert lost episode’! oh my gosh i cant even believe how excited i was when i braught this bad boy home. i pressed the play button with my popcorn in hand. teh opening was like the normal hey hey hey its fat albert! but when he poked the screen hered an man go ‘oUCh’ but ithought nothing of it. i ignored it because i grew up with the lovable fat fguy. it started off with the junkyard and rudy and wierd harold and russell and bill and dumn donald and mush mouth and bucky and fat albert! haha. but it was wierd. the gang was like bullying fat albert because he was so fat and i was like they nevre did that before… somethigs going on. rudy was walked up to fat albert and said ‘ur too fat we cant even fit my fist in ur mouth.’. rudy was mean guy but he wasnt that mean i said to myselkf. then mush mouth came up and say hebab fabab abeb, whyb ub sob ubgby? then fat alber ran off the screen and i hered him set up chair and get rope and i was like no fat albert dont do it :((( luckely he was just make his new sled and need chair to reach something and rodpe to tye it tofgether. he wont on the sled and slid down to mudfoot brawn and crashed into him them!! then t-t-the screen turn ed black and fat albert got real close with blood in he eyes and said ‘hey ha ha’ then the crowd cheerd and but they get up on stage and grabbing fat albert and rip him apart! :O bloods and gut spilled onto my floor and i scramed for my mommy because fat alberts neck was snaped and his body was oddly smelly. i put the disk in the ocean and hoped to never see thats disk again

A: Because I love the way it sounds, obviously. Half the reason why I'll start making a MIDI in the first place is that I want to hear what it'd sound like with the Wario Land 4 soundfont.
