anything in the style of II specifically, other than The Merry Peasant. but um. 
By default, you should just assume it's in the style of Wario Land 1.

I'll be more thorough with the description later but know that my cousin was 3 years old when Undertale came out. I've actually wanted to do this for a year or two. I figured her very neutral temperament was going to be good for Chara, but I was surprised at how perfect her interpretations of some of the lines were.
Because this was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, I had her record all of Chara's dialogue. I don't know how I'm going to post it all yet.

Happy 10 years, Undertale. I wouldn't have gotten a music degree if it weren't for you.

I wanted to test out this massive overhaul I gave to my Wario Land Organ & Drums presets. The latter is still a WIP, but the former is pretty much done.

Made some updates to my WIP WL1 overhaul. Now, the telltale EeEhHh instrument features another two octaves plus expands the higher range up by one note, bringing its total range from ~15 notes to most of the range of a piano.

Der Hölle Wache (SF Test)

Took a MIDI off'a 8notes, made an extra channel using data from aNOTHer MIDI from some OTHEr site, gave 'em the ol' Waa touch, changed the sequence data to more closely resemble the only mp3 of Badinerie that I will probably ever love, mixed them, etc., and hEre we ARe.

In other news, I discovered that there are actually two different incarnations of the EeEeHhHh. The one used more often throughout WL1 is the one I took a shitton of samples for last week(s?). The other version of the EeHhHh is at the very least heard in the intro, and honestly I should take some more samples so the higher octaves don't end up sounding slightly strained, but I'm using it as a bass instrument here so for the moment it doesn't matter.

Waadinerie

I wanted to demonstrate the difference between Wario Land's two, very similar sounding "EeEhHh" instruments in a way that made it immediately apparent.
The second loops swaps the instruments. Given the main variant's overtly higher versatility/applicability, it's not surprising that the Title Screen variant very seldom was used in favor of it. Even in the Title Screen audio where it comes from doesn't use it when it gets to the those high-pitched scales.

I like how the second loop sounds a bit more, I think. What's your pick?

I didn't actually mean to sequence this song, it just kind of happened after I was trying to fine-tune some samples from Tendas' Cave in c700.

I made this one at pretty much the same time as Aquatic Base and Pollyanne. I didn't like this one as much as Aquatic Base, so I neglected to publish it back then. I do still like it, though, so when something reminded me of this cover specifically, recently, I figured I might as well.
I lowered the volume for the synth chords' 1st section a tad, but other than that it's the exact same as it was when I made it last September. I remember back then I did a couple things to the lead guitar to fix those scales, and added some basic pitch bending.

Q: Why do I use the Wario Land 4 soundfont to some capacity for so many tracks?
A: Because I love the way it sounds, obviously. Half the reason why I'll start making a MIDI in the first place is that I want to hear what it'd sound like with the Wario Land 4 soundfont.
