He is known for his versatile edits that span multiple genres, which have caught the attention of many established DJs such as Diplo, Four Color Zack, Ape Drums, and Falcons. In 2023, DJ SMASHA is looking to continue his success by releasing some original tracks.

"In this mix, 'Jozi & Beyond' I explore the various sounds of amapiano. From its roots in South Africa to its influence in afrobeats and everywhere in between. Been really digging the amapiano sound lately so I wanted to craft a mix to show my appreciation for it’s diverse sound."

Poulho has been active in various music scenes since 2011. While growing up with Jamaican Soundsystem Culture, he continuously developed a deep-rooted passion for forward-thinking sounds.

Since 2020 Poulho is running an Online Magazine named Rhythm Blend in which he and his partner NIKSN highlight like-minded creatives from all around the globe through articles, interviews, mix shows and their events series „Hunnid“ featuring DJ sets by Jarreau Vandal, FS Green, Chamos and many more.
